Try these in order

Most likely and quickest to check first. Change one thing at a time so you know what fixed it.

  1. Weak first layer grip

    • Fix the first layer first: clean bed, correct Z offset, right bed temperature.
    • Add a brim to tall or narrow parts with a small footprint.
  2. Nozzle catching the print

Curled edges or overhangs bend up and the nozzle hits them on the next move.

    • Turn on Z hop for travel moves.
    • Improve cooling on overhangs, or add supports.
    • Avoid crossing perimeters when travelling, if your slicer has the option.
  3. Tall, thin parts wobbling

    • Lay the part on its side if you can.
    • Slow down the upper layers, or print two copies apart so each layer has time to cool.
